Knock, Knock....Anyone there?

I feel like I'm all alone on the Island! I have a recipe, you MAY be interested in. I don't make these often, but make a very little bit, mostly for Michael, but if you have to cook for your family, too, they may like them! They aren't all that bad. Scalloped Potatoes Peel and slice 4 Idaho, or Russet potatoes, into 1 1/2 quart, sprayed casserole dish Slice one med white onion, into dish salt and pepper Stir together, 2 cans, LS, FF, cream of mush. soup, and 1/4 cup milk. Pour over filling, and sprinkle with shredded cheese Bake at 375 for approx. 1 hr! Yum, nice thick, creamy sauce!

Thanks, I always love a new recipe! I was running around all day doing errands - grocery shopping, library, Blockbuster & getting a new key for the snowblower. We lost the original key. Now I'm sure we won't get any more snow!

Too bad, but I can't do potatoes.. (sigh) I don't even miss them.. How sad is that? But funny thing about all this, I used to eat them like crazy.. Call them comfort foods I guess... Anyway, thanks for sharing! HUGS, CN
