Knock, Knock....Anyone there?
I feel like I'm all alone on the Island! I have a recipe, you MAY be interested in. I don't make these often, but make a very little bit, mostly for Michael, but if you have to cook for your family, too, they may like them! They aren't all that bad.
Scalloped Potatoes
Peel and slice 4 Idaho, or Russet potatoes, into 1 1/2 quart, sprayed casserole dish
Slice one med white onion, into dish
salt and pepper
Stir together, 2 cans, LS, FF, cream of mush. soup, and 1/4 cup milk.
Pour over filling, and sprinkle with shredded cheese
Bake at 375 for approx. 1 hr! Yum, nice thick, creamy sauce!
