I knew that sooner or later I would meet someone who had had the band longer than me! Congratulations on your success! I'm curious, when did you have a slip? I also had a slip - about a year and a half in. My surgeon repositioned the band in October (or maybe September) 04. By then he was using a different procedure and I haven't had a problem since.

Hi Vicki, I had my slip june of 03. I had to have emergency surgery to reposition the band. Once it was repositioned I have had no problems since. I am glad to see someone who has a band as long as I have. Mona
