Low-cal, Low-points snack

One 100-calorie bag of popcorn, popped Put into bowl when popped. Sprinkle with 2 T. low cal crumbled feta. Shake with hot sauce (I use Tapatio). Number of shakes depends on your heat tolerance. Toss together. Sounds weird, but it's good! 2 points for the whole thing

It does sound good....and I've heard that hot sauces boost your metabolism. Can't guarantee that but it does sound tasty!

I eat those all the time, and the cheese, sounds good, but I'll pas on the heat! ha

I spray mine with Pam and sprinkle on grated Romano cheese. Good stuff!

, I use I can't believe it's not Butter, spray, and a little Salt Sense! I don't use full blown salt! We all have our recipes for pop corn, and they're all good!
