Yes, beth, I did my am, and, pm chair exercises, and weights, as usual, and washed my floors, and vacumed, so I got good exercise! ha Plus, now started all over, today! ha By the way, I use a band, with my chair exercises!

Hi Beth, I did my walking for 5 miles today. My job requires lots of walking and I always do the steps instead of taking the elevator. Mona
