It's A VB Soup Kind Of Day!

It's cold out, the wind is blowing and I have another "VAT" of Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup simmering on the stove. This stuff is like Italian Soup Food and I live on it all Winter long. Yes, soup sounds great to me but I don't think I can eat the beef! Have a big bowl for me...

After simmering for a couple of hours it is so soft, I'm sure you could eat it if you chewed it well. I would find a way! Unfortunbally, my fill of 2-weeks age is already wearing off. I am determined. In another 2-3 weeks I will just go for another.

Sounds great to me, but Michael requested a steak dinner, before the game! So......I HAVE the recipe, and it will be my next soup, sir!
