A BRRRRR, Saturday, and need comfort food!
Well, you've hear of the "Frozen Tundra," we have it, for sure! I'm posting this early, as the kids are coming! Yeah!
B: gr. tea, V-8, low sodium, HOT WC oatmeal, W/blueberries, 1 slice my toast
L: 2 little South beach ham, and turkey, wraps, and SF jello
D: spaghetti, a tiny salad, maybe 1/2 piece garlic toast
S: ???? probably a skinny cow, am making hot fudge sundae's for the rest! ha
100 oz water!

I'm going to start reading your food posts in the morning and following them. I now see why you're at (beyond) goal and holding. Your meals are so healthy!!!
B: Juice (attempted eggs but didn't work out)
S: F/F Cheese Stick
Lunch/Dinner Combo - Slice of B-Day Brownie Cheesecake (no, it wasn't WW or sugar free or even low fat...)!! It's my sister's B-day.....and after the egg episode, I wasn't going to try anything solid. Funny how well that cheesecake slid down!
I'm done....I know I should try to get some protein in but that cheesecake was too much!
Breakfast: Slimfast LC vanilla cream with coffee
Snack: 1/2 a Nature Valley Peanut Sweet and Salty Bar
Lunch: 1/2 a Sonic grilled chicken salad with light Ranch
Snack: other half of the bar
Dinner: other half of the salad
Snack: 1 Morningstar Farms sausage patty on 1/2 whole wheat English muffin with mustard
Snack: coffee with creamer
B- Coffee and zone bar
Had school orientation for hours...lol. Didnt eat until late...
L-4 oz sirloin and steamed veggies...few bites of daughters mashed potato's
D-so far its a banana and a slice of cheese....not sure but will probably do a shake...I dont want to eat to late and I have lots of studying and things to do.
