Only you people would understand....

my hysterical laughter at work the other day. We had a temp Nurse in to do some work for us and she is on the large size. She saw me have my protein shake for breakfast and commented that it looked healthy. Then in the lunch room we were all busy making our lunches and eating and talking and I noticed her watching me drinking my protein shake. She took me aside and in a concerned voice, quietly said.... "Sharyn, are you trying to gain weight? You would be better off with high carb foods" After I got over the shock of her question I just.................. Sharyn

That is funny! Amazing how little people really know about losing weight. But what a compliment!
