Man, this week went fast! I guess that means, i'm getting even OLDER! The Island was not very busy, today!
B: green tea, V-8, WC oatmeal, Blueberries, slice of toast
L: LS Progresso Italian wedding soup! Baked LS, LF Wheatable crackers! Thanks for the idea, Marcia, they are great!
D: Nancy's, Chicken, and salsa, crock, recipe! Great! Really good! 1 Whole wheat totilla
S: popcorn
100 oz water!

I am so glad today is Friday. Tax Season is here, so, DH is away at the office all day and half the night. We'll get to see him some tomorrow evening and then again at Church on Sunday. Is it April yet?

B..6am...I don't normally get up that early...and certainly do not eat...) peach & mango protein shake with peach yogurt added...drank it driving down road...
s....s....s....grape water, oreo mint cookie, frito's, cheez its...yogurt..while driving down the road..traveled 500 miles today...:-0
today I "will" be eating...tuna & creamamount cheese and crackers...(at east I will get better amount of protein..
I am typing this on my daughters Mac compuer...this is really different especial for this brain dead *and body dead* person that got up at 5am (Central) I am not usually that much of an early bird...I am usually the insomniac..up late 2-3 in the morning...
I am ere in Knoxville to stay with 2 grandkids....while their Mom and Dad attend some Law thing for my Daughters office...(in Nashviille TN)
Tomorrow I need to take little ones to all the MANY things that they are in...starting at 8am...its like they have no time to rest...
Yes TGIF! Although this weekend my daughter has conned me into buying her a hamster and my son wants hermit crabs again! Not sure how the hamster is going to make out with 2 cats in the house!!
B: 1 packet of oatmeal

L: WW creamy parm chicken minus the peppers
S: Gnu bar on the drive home from work
D: Rueben casserole (macaroni/corned beef and mushroom soup) I actually measured 1 cup out and that was enough!
So far I've had close to 80 ounces of liquid (combo of coffee/crystal light/K20 and plain water) More will be on the way....
Before dinner my 9 year old daughter and I did the Leslie Sansone walking tape again. My thighs have been screaming since Wed when I did it last and they are screaming now! It's a 2 mile walk with strength training and she does lunges! So I feel like I did good today.
I emailed my doctors nutrionist for help, to have her go over what I've been eating but I didn't hear back from her. It'll be interesting to see what she says. Weigh day tomorrow morning we'll see if my efforts this week are going to pay off any.
