*Poll* Regularity issues anyone?
Gene's post got me thinking about plateaus and why the happen. I have had issues with my "constitution" since being banded. When I am properly restricted I just cant get a lot of fiber in. Then when you up the protein...well...you know what happens. I take a magnesium supplement and that helps. I dont think we can lose as well if our bodies arent flushing things out.
Your thoughts?

For me... I was never regular.. since childhood.. When I was 12 I went 13 days without going. Hurt like a MFer when I finally went..
But as I got older it got better.. but even now.. I am every other day.. TMI TMI TMI I'm sure.
So I guess what I am trying to say is.. I dont know if it relates, other than your body weighs more because you aren't shytting. But.. It cant be more than 4 lbs or so, right? lol

get the green boxed "ballerina tea" in the ethnic isle of your food store, diluted it will help with that, I'm telling ya!
WATER, WATER, AND MORE, WATER!!! Did I mention WATER? You also have to move. Lots of exercise. You can try Smooth Move Hearbal tea if things get real bad. Please stay way from MoM, or any other stool softener and what not. Your body will become addicted to it and when you try and get off of them boy are you going to be in for a rude awakening!!!
