Ok, since we are all veterans here, thought i would see who has had or are going to have PS. I know there is a PS board, but not many banders there. Thought i would try to get experiences from you guys. My TT is schedule in 3 1/2 weeks and and getting excited and nervous at the same time.

I'm going to have it, but I'll have to wait a while. There's no point in doing it until after I've had a child (or maybe two). I wish I could do it sooner!!

Hi Neal, I had a lap band and PS. I had PS three years ago. It was uncomforable for the first 3-4 days but I would do it again. I had 8 lbs of skin removed and lost 2 jean sizes. I liked wearing the garment because it kept me tucked in and warm. I had my surgery in January. Congratulations on making it to goal and getting the final prize with PS. Let us know how you are doing. Mona

Neal, Please keep us posted...I'm very interested in PS, but not sure I'll actually do it. I'm such a chicken. Are you just having a TT, or is it a Lower Body Lift?

Neal, I wish you little pain, and terrific results with yor TT, I'm too old for all of that, and can't afford it, anyway! I'm in a size 10, and that's good enough for me! ha

Tami from AL is getting set to have a lower body lift and a some other stuff all at the same time. I am so excited for her. She has worked out her entire journey so I bet she will heal fast and look fabulous. Does insurance cover any of your TT? Can I ask how much that runs?

Thanks for the well wished. I am getting a TT. I could use the full lower body lift, but financing the TT was all I could do. The LBL was a couple thousand more $$$$ Mona. Thanks for sharing your experience. I will keep you guys posted as it gets closer.

I'm probably going to have a TT next year. I'd do it this year but we have a trip to the US in May. Hubby isn't supportive of it though which makes things more difficult - he doesn't think it is necessary. Then I look at my arms, legs, face............. lol. I must admit I went to the PS forum and the pics scared me witless. Good luck with your surgery Neal Sharyn
