NSV and SV

Hey! Y'all! The NSV is that I am wearing a size 7 juniors jeans with no stretch and low rise waist. I have my shirt tucked in and a belt in the belt loops. What a blessing! SV - My weight is maintaing at 122.5 to 123.0 lbs. I have been here for almost three months. That said, I am just a smidge below goal, which is just fine with me! Again, I am humbled by this blessing. What an unimaginable gift this band is to all of us!

You really inspire me Cindy! I hope to get a smidge below goal! You are doing awesome. You must feel like you are walking on air. I am very happy for you. This band is a gift.

Thank you, Lenora. Walking on air doesn't describe it. I look in the mirror and don't recognize the person looking back at me. People I have known all my life don't recognize me; it is truly amazing what God does for me. All praise to Him and only Him! You'll get to goal and beyond. You are determined and tenacious. You mind is set and you know what it takes. Kudos to you, also, for a job well done.
