Coffee, WW muffin
WW (Smart ones) Lasagne
Raspberries with yogurt
Celery sticks, dab of light cream cheese
We're having turkey wraps tonight with 1 point whole wheat tortillas. Filled with turkey, light cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, pepperoncinis, light ranch
Coffee
B: 1 packet of oatmeal with a tsp of peanut butter mixed in
S: 1 cheese stick
L: WW frozen, chicken marsala (only ate the chicken, the broccoli was the stalks which I didn't care for)
S: 100 cal South Beach diet peanut butter cookies
D: Marcia's orange chicken (to die for!), few broccoli florets and 1/4 cup brown rice
So far I've had about 80oz of liquids.
I also came home and did my new Leslie Sansone workout DVD, my legs are killing me, she did a bunch of lunges!
There is only three of us so its easy to have leftovers almost every meal. Especially since I eat way less and the third member of the family is 5. Last night I made chicken noodle soup and they both wanted some tonight....so its easy to just let them eat the "real meals" when I feel like something light or different.
B...Nectar Fuzzy Navel protein shake...(not bad I think I will order it...as a change of pace to the Chocolate...)
S.. (or very early lunch)...small bowl of baked beans..
L...Chicken and pasta...left-overs...the baked beans were great...but they sure didn't last
D...Mozzerella Sticks with ranch dip...(sonic..)
S...fried cheesecake bites...
only about 30-35 oz of water...I am going to have to get busy on the water...
I have been to cold today...we have been changing a door...Yes that's right...45 degrees and rain today and...hubby desides to put a new door in...takes out the old one (an 8ft sliding glass door...) and put in a regular type of door...but it will be MUCH prettier in the dining room...plus it will allow for wall space for my hutch... and the fact that it doesn't leak ... well that is in itself...
