Well I'm going to start exercising again tomorrow despite being somewhat stiff and sore. I don't think babying my back is working and I'm losing motivation. Sooooooooo..... off I go. Sharyn

Wednesday has traditionally been a day off for me. I can feel my body needs a break because every muscle in my body aches. I did take Roxy for a 30 minute walk but there will not be any running tonight or Biggest Loser workout.

Yup Beth listen to your body. Nice hot bath sounds good I think two days a week off is good . Roxy must be looking forward to a rest too lol. Sharyn

My Dr. is away for three weeks and I don't like any of the others lol. I might go to a physio if it still hurts next week. But I feel I have to start movingggggggggggggggg. Sharyn

Nooooo, don't say run - my legs are killing me tonight! I did over an hour of hard physical therapy this morning. Tonight I did 30 minutes at 7 miles on the recumbent bike, and my legs are going nutso. Ouch. I just took some vicodin and hope they calm down soon so that I can get to sleep tonight. Just for the record, I don't look forward to exercising. I look forward to the 'completion' of exercising....

Sounds like you need a long hot soak like Beth! Rest is good Completion of exercise is wonderfullllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll Must admit I did like the gym AFTER work... and so did my husband. He said I was much nicer after work when I went to the gym lolol. Good way to work out a few frustrations! Sharyn

I feel for you. I messed up my knee - no clue what I did just woke up with it all swollen on Sunday - and my doctor told me no walking. He did say I could do yoga, but only if the poses didn't strain the knee. I'm trying to think of what poses I can do that wouldn't strain the knee. i think I might wait till Friday and then try a class. Good luck on working through the back issue.

Was going to go to the gym last night.. but went to hockey practice instead. 1.5 hours on ice.. nice work out Heading to the gym tonight.. probably for 2 hours.. If it isn't too crowded with "new years resolution" people. lol Amanda
