Meatloaf recipe!
I've been waiting for Ann to post her recipe post, hope she isn't sick!~This is very easy!
CROCK MEATLOAF!
make your favorite meatloaf, I just dump stuff in!
1 1/2 pb ground chuck
Italian bread crumbs, I make my own
tad of oregano, dried
parmesean, reggiano, cheese Grated LF
1 egg
italian seasoning
minced onion
garlic powder
milk, ketsup
Form into loaf, place in bottom of crock
Stir together, 2 cans LS tomatoe soup, and LF shredded cheddar, to taste
I throw in halved new, or bliss potatoes
pour mixture over, and cook, on low for 8 hrs.
Yeah, I know, more tomato soup, but it works SO well in the crock! This is SO good!

I do meatload the same way, minus the onions. I hate the things. Instead of the tomato soup, I delute some ketsup and Open Pit BBQ sauce and use that for a sweeter taste. Sometimes I also make a brown gravy from the liquid in the bottom. Meatloaf is like a pregnant meatball . . . Italian Soul Food!!
