That's okay Sharon...I'll make it as soon as I find the round steak! I need to go to one of the bigger markets, or to the Butcher.

Okay, this is really good. 3 points per 3/4 cup. Mashed Potatoes with Garlic POINTS: 3 INSTRUCTIONS 4 large potato(es), Idaho variety, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks 8 medium garlic clove(s), peeled 1 cup light sour cream 1/2 cup buttermilk 1/4 cup parsley, fresh, chopped 3/4 tsp table salt, or to taste 1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; fill with enough water to cover them. Set pan over high heat; bring to a boil. Boil until potatoes are fork-tender, about 8 minutes; drain and return potatoes and garlic to pan. Add sour cream to pan; stir and then mash mixture until almost smooth (or desired consistency). Stir in buttermilk. Fold in parsley; season to taste with salt and pepper. Yields about 3/4 cup per serving.

Sounded good to me, hon. I fix potatoes like that, for special occassions, I'm trying to cut down on potatoes. I tend to eat more than I should! ha You know, if you lose 3 pounds a week, (and I bet you lost more than that), that's 12 a month, and there ain't' NOTHIN' wrong with that!

Hi, Sunshine! Yeah, I remember your problems with meatballs! Darn! I have to be careful with them, too. I think because they are so dense. I cut them in REAL small bites. I don't have trouble with any other ground meat! You may have a growling tummy a little later on, hon! ha Have a good one!
