Cheesecake Is Evil!!

I have been doing great and losing again. We went to dinner tonight and the meal came with dessert, so I ordered the cheesecake, and brought it home. A few hours later, we made some coffee and I started to eat part of it. This was the "heavy" NY Style cheesecake. I m ight as well have been eating quick-setting cement, because I got stuck almost immediately and PB'ed. I'm tight, but I didn't think I would have a problem with cheesecake. My band amazes me!! I believe it, Ron! THAT type of cheesecake was always hard for me to eat, as it was too, thick, or something! Maybe "heavy," is the word! ha Live and learn, my friend!

Amen to that! I thought I would need "Drano" to break through it! When I needed a fill it would not have been a problem Ahhhhh! Sweet restriction!!

Cheese + Cake = something weird. I just can't go there.

I used to love love love cheesecake. Now I could care less. Not sure what happened? But cheesecake like the thick one you described and fettacini alfredo together in one meal would be like a months worth of fat grams...add a big mac and I think that would be a suicide meal.

I hear ya, but I passed on the Alfredo and only had a couple of forkful of the cheesecake . . . which I PB'ed. I did have angelhair pasta with shrimp in scampi sauce, of which I managed to eat less that a cup full. Not a bad meal!!
