Thank goodness for the Island!

Sheesh I got caught up in political discussions on the lapband board. Now those are great topics for people who can play nice, but no such luck over there. I needed a break so came over here to see who's awake. Love you guys, and love our Island!

I'm here today. Took the day off of work. Doing some much needed house cleaning and laundry! Where does it all come from? There really are certain topics that really cannot stay civilized. Religion, politics, protein drinks and sodas....

Probably in that order.....

Oh yeah and Mike lit up the board.. WOW! I don't think I ever saw a post from him like that! I was surprised.. I feel bad about his wife though but I am a little surprised.. What do you guys think? HUGS, CN

I was waiting for him to have an "off" day. I mean with all he has been through I am suprised we havent seen it before today. He is totally entitled. He probably has his priorities straightened out by this whole sad situation and it must seem like some of these discussion are stupid child arguments with no purpose... Just guessing though.

Yeah, but what is his trigger for all this? Did I miss something.. I like Mike, I can't imagine why he would ever be like this// I have never seen him to be like this before ever.. He is going through some real tough times though, maybe you are right Lenore.. He is a nice guy though.. I have nothing bad to say about him and just wish him the best for him and his wife.. Brock and the Drag person really lit it up on Mike.. Who are they? I never post or reply to any one of them.. They scare me.

Christine: My take on it was that Draz posted 3 threads about politics. The discussion started to turn south like it always does. I think Mike was responding to that. You couldnt miss it this morning. Drag is a better name for him though..you crack me up...

I still think Draz is a female from the past....
