Okay, I'm a little bummed. According to WW, I've lost 3 pounds this week. I thought it would be more. But I'm determined. I even bought a food scale. It's very cool, you punch in what food you're putting on and it gives you the weight AND the points. Special K cereal, skim milk Latte Green salad with light dressing, string cheese Yogurt, frozen berries Pork chop, steamed broccoli & cauliflower with light Holandaise sauce 2 glasses of Pinot Grigio

Give yourself a chance, hon! I think you're doing great! You know how we ALL want the high #'s, on what we lose. get what your DH lost out of your head! You're doing terrific!

B. Protein shake L. Protein shake D. Chicken Noodle casserole - I liked it but it didn't like me tonite. Various cups of coffee. I'll try to get a few glasses of water down before bed. S.

No Sharon I'm not tight. If anything I could probably do with a fill. I've only had three in 19 months. Basically I just hate food and as I'm not doing any exercise until my back is better, I've dropped my intake. I eat now because I have to - I could easily live on liquids. S.
