Okay, I'm a little bummed. According to WW, I've lost 3 pounds this week. I thought it would be more. But I'm determined. I even bought a food scale. It's very cool, you punch in what food you're putting on and it gives you the weight AND the points.
Special K cereal, skim milk
Latte
Green salad with light dressing, string cheese
Yogurt, frozen berries
Pork chop, steamed broccoli & cauliflower with light Holandaise sauce
2 glasses of Pinot Grigio
