Not the greatest day...
B: well you know
L: half a hot dog and baked chips
S: 100 calorie snack pack
D: 3/4 cup meat loaf and 1 small red potato
S: I refuse to answer because the answer may incriminate me
B: WC Cinammon Oatmeal and too much coffee (4 or 5 cups!)
L: Lowfat/LowSodium Split Pea Soup
D: Quesidilla w/ a little light sour cream
A LOT of water today....felt good to finally get back on track with water!
Breakfast - small piece of quiche lorraine
Lunch - tuna salad
Dinner - some more of my orange chicken, white rice & string beans
no sugar-added hot cocoa
