With all of these great recipes, we should be eating very well! ha B: green tea, V-8, WC oatmeal, 1 piece my toast L: tossed salad w/crab, and Free Ranch dressings D: South beach wrap, and sliced tomatoes, SF vanilla, and caramel pudding S: S**** cream sandwich 100 oz water Waiting for Peapod to deliver the groceries, so nothing big tonight! ha

I start 2 days after Lenore.. I think she said she started on Tuesday the 22nd? I start on the 24th.. Can't wait... AGAIN! It is not too bad though.. Piece o' cake! Thanks for asking! HUGS, CN I will talk to ya later, gotta run for now!

Today has been an excellent food day! Wahoooooo! B: cottage cheese double S: CIB L: 2 oz. roast beef with a little gravy & 1 oz. corn S: K2O D: 2 oz. pork chop with a little gravy & mashed cauliflower

EDIT - major PB on the pork chop. I don't even know why I bother with pork chops. It happens every single time I try to eat them. Oh well.

Wow, hon, I couldn't live on that amount of food! ha I used to have a problem with pork, but it was soon after I was banded! You really did have a good day, though!

Early: Low carb Slim Fast B: (at 11am!) 1 packet oatmeal L: Lloyds shredded pork, probably 1/2 cup S: 10 honey bees graham snacks D: 1 hot dog (no bun), 1 onion ring, 2 slices off a small sweet potato ( I guess I can't eat these, they always "plug" me up) Probably have some kind of snack later...maybe So far have had 72 ounces of liquids

well...today B...chocolate / peanutbutter protein shake S...cheese its L...banana...muscle relaxer (oh wait that wasn't food)... D...Chicken & angelhair pasta...Yumm 50 oz of water... will do better tomorrow
