Well, it's gloomy, cold, and we got 3 more inches, last night, BUT, it's another day, and I'm still breathing, and did my little workout at 5am!~ha

I did my Monday morning physical therapy for an hour, and plan to ride the bike tonight as well. It's freaking cold here today! Of course I am a wuss and need the heat and sunshine....

Well, I did my Jazzercise on Sat and thought, no need to do low impact since I have been to several classes now. OMG, I can barely walk My inner thighs hurt so bad!!! I will be doing low impact in my next class. I can't go tonight because I have to take my daughter to ballet. The class is about a mile away and I thinking of heading out early and having hubby meet me there with the kids (depends on how I am feeling and if the rain has stopped)

LOL don't you love that............ ARGHHHHHHHHHH I CAN'T WALK feeling? I did a pilates class because I thought it looked easy and couldn't get out of bed for three days It gets easier and the legs get stronger You'll be running the class before you know it Sharyn

Hi Sharyn, 25 minute walk with the dog (it's cold outside I am sure I burned extra calories just trying to keep warm!) 5 minute warm up - 30 minute run (on treadmill) - and 10 minute cool down with lots of stretching. I have to confess that I didn't want to do anything but one I got past the first 1/2 mile I kept telling myself "keep going 5 more minutes" and before I knew it 30 passed!

That's great Beth I always find it hard to get started but generally enjoy myself once I get going. That's great motivation and determination and you will reap the rewards. Sharyn

I also did the 30 minutes and 6.6 miles on the bike tonight, as promised! Woohoo!
