Exercise: Jan 14
Well, I did my Jazzercise on Sat and thought, no need to do low impact since I have been to several classes now. OMG, I can barely walk My inner thighs hurt so bad!!! I will be doing low impact in my next class. I can't go tonight because I have to take my daughter to ballet. The class is about a mile away and I thinking of heading out early and having hubby meet me there with the kids (depends on how I am feeling and if the rain has stopped)

25 minute walk with the dog (it's cold outside I am sure I burned extra calories just trying to keep warm!)
5 minute warm up - 30 minute run (on treadmill) - and 10 minute cool down with lots of stretching.
I have to confess that I didn't want to do anything but one I got past the first 1/2 mile I kept telling myself "keep going 5 more minutes" and before I knew it 30 passed!
