Care to post your Recipes?
Hey, you gals have inspired me to start doing Meal Prep on Sundays! Everything sounds so good and I'll defiinitely be buying a crockpot.
I thought it might be a good idea to start a post where we can collect some of our recipes. We can categorize them .....
Easy
Work but worth the Effort!
Stores Great....
Or just throw them on the post and keep it simple.
I'm not very good in the kitchen but I'm loving what's being posted.
As we get a bunch, we can sort'em and send'em electronically.
What do you think? Can we post a running thread here?
Enjoy the day!!

I love to hear what other people are cooking....and I love the extra little clean up tips, too, (thanks Chelle).

Asian Lettuce Salad (because those doggone Asian Lettuce Wraps are too hard to eat!)
2-3 ounces lean ground beef, cooked
1 T. light balsamic vinagrette
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. honey
shredded carrots, broccoli slaw, water chestnuts, etc.
baby spring mix
Mix meat (hot) with the next three ingredients. Make sure it's pretty hot still before pouring over and tossing with mixed veggies. YUM! Great for leftover cooked ground beef!
I have a recipe that me and my family looove. I kinda made it up, so I will make up a name..lol.
Robyn's Chicken Delish
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
(can use low fat varieties)
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Put in chicken. Pour soup(as is) over the chicken. Put on the crockpot lid and cook on high for 4-5 hours. The chicken comes out sooo tasty and the soup can be used as a gravy. My husband likes to put it over rice. We always fight over the last piece of chicken when I make this
