What an impressive menu! Sounds great! I make oven fries all the time for Michael! Very easy, are you making your own? You'll enjoy Lonsome Dove! Rober Duval is excellent in it! Have a great evening! Don't tell Chelle, Dallas is losing! hehe

I should have said the "new" Lonesome Dove sequel....forgot the name of it. I loved the original. I made my own fries, but could only eat 2. I sprayed the baking sheet and the potatoes with Canola spray, then roasted for about an hour with salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning. Hubby says I'm cheating on WW, cuz I am banded and can't eat all the food. I only ate 1/2 of my burger, so I have quite a few extra points left. It is still forcing me to make better choices, which I was NOT doing before. I do have an advantage over him, but it's not cheating.

I think you're doing just great! Your fries sound so good, I know you like the spicy, You might try, slicing the fries, put them in a bowl, and add, a little EVOO, and sprinkle liberally with herbs de provence. I put foil on the cookie sheet, and spray that with whatever. Anyway, stir it up and dump on pan. I cook them at like 425 for about 25 minuted\s. You can tell when they are done! Just for a change. Not spicy, but I like them with chicken, and NO, you're NOT cheating! ha

I'll try the EVOO next time. They kind of stuck to the pan, even though I sprayed it. My family loved them. I am going to try sweet potatoes next.

Great! I'll have to try sweet potatoes, just for me! Michael won't touch them! Try a little more poil, on them, hon. I really can appreciate the foil, and spray that. makes cleanup so much easier! I'm the only dishwasher, here! ha

UGH! There is that "cheating" word again. Kick him for me would ya. LOL I think you being banded makes up for men losing weight so fast!

Breakfast - lowfat cheese stick (didn't even have coffee today!) Lunch - Campbells select soup (that homemade minestrone sounded much better than mine) Could have drank a lot more water....maybe getting a little bit of a bug - hoping to shake it off before it sets in. Not really hungry today (thank God!) That's so not like me.....I guess I'm just hanging out waiting for the 5 - 10 inches of snow heading our way tonight and watching the Giants and Cowboys. I hate the last 5 minutes of the game - it seems to go on for hours!!
