Crock-Round Steak
Most of the time I use 1 lb size on the pudding thingy ..but I have used 2lb size of cottage cheese I just drained it first so it wont get too soupy.. you can really just kind of play it by ear on most of these recipes I also make pumpkin fluf....f 1 container low fat cool whip 1 pkge sugar free vanuilla pudding and 15 oz can of solid pack pumpkin mix dry pudding and pumpkin first ,then fold in cool whip,add some cinnamon or apple pie spice to taste. I also add a good sprinkle of Splenda just love this ..I can eat the whole bowl! Ha!! I use a little Splenda in all my puddings too! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm good !

Sharon, I'm going to the store, and I want to make this dish tonight.
I know this might be a stupid question, but what exactly is "round steak"? Is it a roast? Does is say round steak on the package? If they don't have that, would something like a chuck or 7-bone roast work?
