Crock-Round Steak

Just thought you might like this recipe, I make it on Sunday's and don't have to cook, after a busy day! Very easy, MORE bandster friendly, than my Chorizo recipe! ha I make this for 2 people, so, you can improvise. 1lb round steak cut into portions, place in bottom of crock, after seasoning, I use, steak seasoning, and pepper cut 5 Red bliss potatoes, in half, put on top of steak, Slice one medium white onion, and put in crock one can 8 oz drained green beans add to crock 1 can low sodium tomato soup, and 1 can diced, garlic tomatoes, stirred together, pour over all, and cook on low for 8 hrs. Enjoy!~

That sounds yummy and EASY! Kind of like a stew! This is on the list for next week!

Honey, I've had this one for almost 30 years! Really! I have 2 others, I use all three, sometimes, for church dinners. I'd be lost without them! Mine are all the big ones. They used to come in only one size.

This is a good recipe ...I think you posted this one on the lap band forum about a year ago I now make it and hubby and I enjoy it I make it on a day I have alot to do or not home that day
