Yummy! Thanks Arianna! I think I fixed where a portion is 1 point. WW has some really cool Webtools. You can punch in a recipe, then the portions, and it will tell you how many points. If it's too much, you can then tweak it, and adjust your recipe.
SF,FF vanilla pudding, prepared with 1 1/2 cups skim milk
add large can of drained, crushed pineapple (in it's own juice)
container of FF cottage cheese
O.K. I have to report that I had this stuff in my kitchen...so I made me up a batch! It is heaven! It tastes like pineapple cheesecake mousse... I added a crushed graham cracker on top! I could see where a few marachino cherries would be good in here to...(but not calorie wise)...raisins or canned fruit might work too.
(Bridget might have posted those variations on another post..so I might not be being original.)

NANCY! you are most welcome hun... I am now fine tuning a recipe for cottage cheese pancakes made with fat free cottage cheese ..have to get the texture just right ...they are very delicate and sometimes break when you turn them over have to really let them set & brown before turning over.... great with applesauce or sugar free pancake syrup... back to the workshop!!
