I give up and tomorrow I'll make a dr's appointment. It took me ten minutes to get out of bed this morning so I must have done 'something' to my lower back/hip...whatever. I am very good at ignoring my body when I want to. Hope you all had a good day Sharyn

Today is a day of rest and football, so I will find time to ride the bike during one of the games today.

Sounds good Chelle My husband is waiting for the football to come on here. He'd die without access to American football here lol. I used to have a bike in FRONT of the tv! Sharyn

Good evening - I road 22 miles on my bike... I would have liked to do more, but it was freeeeeeezing and I could not feel my feet, but I had a blast. I hope your back/hip gets better. I too am good at ignoring. feel better soon please Doris

Wow Doris 22 miles I love riding my bike but it is always windy where I live so one way is great but coming back is a KILLER LOL. Hubby doesn't like me going out on it though as I was blown off by log truck (tractor trailer) about two years ago. Sharyn

How scary... cars and trucks scare me big time. The wind is a issue during the winter here and in summer it is hotter that hatties, but the calorie burn is good. I always ride with my husband or a group and ride out in the country ... dogs are a little issue... Saturday I had a horse size hound keep me company for about a mile... he was very cool. Doris

Welll...... um that was my daughter's birthday. She turned 8 and decided to have a sleepover (or more like a lay and talk and laugh about farting all night -over) LOL so I didn't get any intentional excersise and don't plan to today either!
