Hello all, Well I am struggling somewhat with my hip and knee... it seems that is what I have 'hurt' so no drastic workouts for me for a few days! However, hubby and I went floating around the ocean and took our grandson for a long, slow walk along the beach. Sharyn

Hey! Sharyn! I agree with Sharon about seeking medical attention for your injury. I hope that it heels quickly! I didn't have much time, but I did get 2.25 miles done in 25 minutes and burned about 350 calories. Add this to the house cleaning that I am doing, and should be right on target for today.

Well physical therapy this morning for more than an hour - he added more shoulder exercises to my routines. And last night I learned that I am so NOT ready for pushups - although I think I was able to tear some of the shoulder scar tissue with my mighty THREE pushups. Floating around the ocean sounds glorious!
