OT - How big is your TV?

It seems that they are getting bigger and bigger and bigger. We have a 50 inch plasma and I LOVE it!!! We have it in our den hanging on the wall and it's great for watching movies and hi-def TV. I have a 36 inch in my armoire in my bedroom. I have a pretty big bedroom and our bed is quite a ways from it, but I love the size of it too!

We have a 36 in in the living room, and I have a 28 in in my bedroom, but hate watching TV, in there. The big one is for Michael, that's his day, watching old war, cowboy, and cop movies! I have my computer, thank goodness! You really DO need big rooms for these really big ones! Some of the huge ones, are really distorted, and ugly. One of my friends, has a big mirror, in their bedroom, and if you click it on, it's a very large TV. I won't tell you how much it was! ha

We just got a 42 inch plasma and love it We were tempted to get the 50 inch, but I just didn't want it to dominate the room - it's our living room/entertainment space and I'd like to think actual conversation takes place in there!

I have a 42" DLP in my living room and then a 27" in my bedroom. Its only me living there and a girl has got to have her TV LOL I wouldnt mind having a nice bigger TV for my bedroom that I could hang on the wall instead of having on a stand. Oh well I can dream!

Hi Nancy, we have a 52 inch DLP in the den, a 19 inch in the kitchen and bedroom. I love the DLP. The picture is so clear. Mona

My husband worships the God of TV. We have altars in every room. I guess with TV's you can be reassured that "bigger is better", which is not necessarily true with everything! Tami

I have a 50 inch in the bonus room that I love - especially for watching my Cowboys in HD! A 32" in the family room, a 32" in my office, and a 27" I think in the guest bedroom.

I don't even know what size it is -- I just know that it's real big! I call it the man TV because my son and his friends are glued right in front of it.

You guys have just convinced me that I need a bigger TV. I have a 36 inch in the den, but I want to get rid of my entertainment center and wall mount a really big screen. My problem is that my den is long with windows on both sides of the long room. I have to wall mount on the width which is only about 10 ft. I'm not sure how much room you really need to appreciate the big screen. I'm afraid it will be like watching a great movie from the first row in the theater! I'm going to go out today and buy a 12 inch TV to watch the Giants and Cowboys play this weekend.....cause I'm afraid to watch !!

I just have a small 32 in in the den. Never watch it to busy enjoying life and chasing kids!!
