Ok, fess up, what went in, today???
I have to mention this. Yesterday a.m. weighed...up 3lbs from Saturdays weight. I was ticked, in a pissy mood, no reason for it. I ate properly yesterday, had to pee all day! Today, I'm down 4lbs. Today, I ate well again, but the peeing was not nearly as much even though I've drank as much. It's funny how the body works.
So here was my day:
early: Hi Pro Slim Fast
B: 1 packet of oatmeal
L: 1 cheese stick / small can of chicken w/1tbsp of canola mayo
S: a few dark chocolate covered pretzels (I know....my bad...I said the "c" word!)
D: 3 oz tilapia and 3 bites of some chili I made last night (boy was it good but I couldn't eat it.....having it for lunch tomorrow.)
I've drank so far about 76 to 80 ounces of liquids. I'm hooked on the Special K protein water powder mixes....I must say, they are better than Crystal Light! Plus you get protein AND 5gs of fiber!
