Great! If you want to pan fry it, in a little EVOO, sprinkle both sides with a little garlic, salt,and pepper. Put meaty side, down, brown, and at the same time, cover the upside with your Italian dressing. Then flip over, and pour over brown side, and steam, for like 5-10 minutes. OR, spray a baking sheet, and sprinkle both side with the garlic salt, and a little pepper, and put flat side on the cookie sheet, then, pour dressing over, and bake at 400-425, well, pre-heated oven, for like 25 minutes. You'll be able to tell when it's done. Enjoy!~Oh, yeah, make sure the dressing is shaken, well.
