I am a total coffee-aholic... but my stomach doesn't like it so much, I have drank tea in the past, then fell off the wagon. If you love tea try Stash chai spice black tea, I steep it for a couple mins and throw in some SF vanilla coffee mate. It is a nice treat.
They also make a chai green tea, but I likes me a strong drink
btw, I did get that call back from my docs office and got a new appt, so I am all set for Feb 6, not too bad.

Hi Honey, yeah, it's pretty tasty.
I have been putting off the appt, but this Cymbalta is not doing for me what it should, I have fibromyalgia and my muscles burn in my back, of course I am loading kids in and out of the van, carrying an infant. I can deal, but why be a marter (sp) if I don't have to. I hope you are well!!!

Really, I'll have to try that, is that like the "special K" water, do you buy it in the grocery store?

Deb, I am 1/2 British, and I like STRONG tea. If I fix proper English tea, I use a teapot and use PG Tips (you can get it at Cost Plus). You use milk and sugar.
When I'm feeling like a tea bag, I use Bigelow strong breakfast tea (pink box). It's strong enough to add creamer, but I use honey only.
