Hope you all had a good day!~ B: green tea, V-8, 1 poached egg, on 1/2 Whole Wheat English muffin, 2 turkey sausages L: Salad, w/ smoked turkey, and 4 crackers D: Dreamfields spaghetti, in red sauce, w/shrimp. Still can't believe I got stuck! Am sure, I was talking to much, and not paying attention!~ Had a little salad, too, but forget it!~ ha Just a minor PB!~ S: hot chocolate, SF, 1% milk 100 oz water Have a great evening!

I think I did better today with my eating, but I may change my mind once I write in all down. B: CIB w/low fat milk, 1/2 banana, and powered peanut butter (bellplantation.com) S: Chocolate chip granola bar....it tasted bad....expired 1-1-08, but we just bought it this weekend. I threw the whole box away...no sense in eating something that doesn't taste good (could have never done that pre-op). L: A couple of bites of leftover bloomin onion and 1 chicken stuffed crescent roll S: Snack size pack of whole wheat fig neutons D: Cheeseburger w/ mayo, lettuce and onion. I ate the whole thing! I did toast my bun so I could eat the bread better. I guess I don't have as much restriction as I thought....well at least not today. About 8 oz of apple juice I've only had about 40 oz of water...going to try to get at least 1 more bottle in this evening. Sorry you got stuck on dinner. I have trouble out of shrimp sometimes. Right now I don't have trouble with shrimp because the baby hates seafood....I can barely stand to look at it! I hope my love for seafood comes back after I give birth!

You are SO cute! I've never heard of Whole wheat fig newtons! I've never had trouble with the dinner from last night, before, but I think an unchewed piece of mushroom did me in! ha Seafood, is my fav., and I'm sure after baby, you'll be able to eat it again, hon!

Hi Sharon Breakfast: diet crystal light punch, hard boiled egg, wheatable crackers Lunch: chicken barley soup Dinner: small Wendys chili and 1/2 a baked potato no sugar added jello chocolate pudding for dessert Lots of water & that's all folks!

I'm SO glad you're feeling better, Marcia! Chicken barley soup sounds food, I usually make beef. Good idea!

Trying to break a few habits here (chocolate & ice cream mostly )....let's see how I did: early: Hi Pro Slim Fast B: oatmeal (1 packet) L: Lean cuisine, I picked out the little bit of chicken and left the pasta, 3/4 or so of an apple with a little peanut butter. S: 90 calorie Special K snack pack on the drive home D: hamburger picked out of a casserole I made,had some cheese in the casserole too. I really didn't eat that much but I got full on the little bit. S: I think I'll have a 100 calorie snack of something later..... Drank 80 ounces of water plus 16 oz of coffee!! Trying to watch calories and keep them at 1200 or so.

Sounds pretty darn good to me, Karen! But, then, I'm no expert! ha I didn't see any ice cream there! lol

Hi Sharon! Special K vanilla almond cereal, 1/2 c. skim milk - 3 points Starbucks coffee with real 1/2 & 1/2 - 2 points Snack - WW cake - 1 point L - Taco Bell crunchy taco and Pintos 'n Cheese - 5 points S - 100 calorie popcorn - 1 point S - Yoplait light - 2 points D - Chicken fajitas (no tortilla) with onions and 4 different color bell peppers over 1/4 c. brown rice - 8 points S - glass of Chardonnay - 2 points I have a couple of points left, but I'm leaving them on the table in case I underestimated on my cooking.

Sharon, will you move in with me and do my cooking? Today was really good until I went out with LaraNicole and other bandsters for our monthly dinner. Dinner: 3/4 of an 8oz steak (too much but not bad) a few bites of the mashed potatoes (still ok) Strawberry margarita before dinner (oops) and several of those little Cinnadunkers (cinnamon donuts) with cream cheese (way tooooo much) So now I am stuffed and will have to stay up til midnight so that this food will move down. What a dummy girl I am!!! Please yell at me if I don't post honestly to this post every day going forward. I need you!
