postgym: 1/2 banana & a few nuts

snack: salad (dry) and 2oz of grilled chix breast

Dinner: Southwestern veggie soup (progresso) and 100 calorie english with cottage cheese

1100 calories 55g protein, 33g fiber GO ME!!!

Here I am trying to be good about this accountability thing...
B...chocolate protein shake (a "sample" that I will NOT we getting...yuck) with PB
L ...almonds..(this unpacking thing is getting the best of me)
D...Meat Loaf, salad, and red Potatoes...( a good bandster meal)
S... a glass of wine
Does the wine count toward my "liquid count" ???
I did get about 65 oz of water so that was an improvement from yesterday
I am hoping that there is an end in site for the boxes...but I swear they are multiplying...
