Well, we survived yesterday, and now we can see the devastation! Unreal! B: green tea, V-8, cold protein cereal, w/1% milk, sliced banana L: yummy garden sald w/imitation crab meat, and Free Catalina dressing, a few, sesame rice crackers, unsalted D: thin, lean pork chop, baby carrots,W spray butter cottage cheese, w/ garlic powder S: grapes 100oz water Hope your night is a good one!

Hey there Sharon - good to hear you survived the storms. B: 3oz of yogurt with 1/2C Kashi Go Lean Crunch S: 2 Laughing Cow cheese wedges L: 1/2 taco soup D: 1C of turkey stroganoff Water, green tea and coffee (just one cup of coffee today )

Turkey stroganoff, sounds so good! Do you make it like regular stroganoff? Have a lot of turkey in the freezer, and always looking for new things! Have a good night, hon!

Yup Sharon - just like beef except I substitute turkey for beef. I have been on a real turkey kick lately.

Hi Sharon (and everyone!) B - Hot tea with honey - 1 point oatmeal - 2 points Non-fat latte - 3 points BUFFET LUNCH! ACCKKKKK! Salad greens - 0 points 1/2. cup pickled beats - 1 1 T. real salad dressing - 2 points several spritzes of the spray dressing in my purse - zero points cup of Minestrone soup - 2 points small slice of tri-tip - 3 points 1/2 c. green beans - 0 D - Smart Ones Three Cheese Ziti Marinara - 6 points S - WW pretzels snacks - 2 points S - WW caramel mini bar - 1 point TOTAL OF 23 POINTS - I have enough for a glass of wine before bed if I want.

Thanks for posting, Sharon. I always get some good ideas from this. B: Raspberry/peach Protein Shake L: Chocolate/coffee Protein Shake D: 2 oz chicken, black beans, corn and salsa simmered together. (I took a cup but couldn't eat it all only about half) this was my first solid food since my fill yesterday. S: Yogurt tonite I'm stuffed, I think this fill is working...YIPPEE!!!!

Today was "a little" better as far as the eating. B- About 10 crackers (chicken in a biscuit kind) L- 2 chicken stuffed crescent rolls S - 2 scoops vanilla ice cream D- We went to outback. I had a few bites of a bloomin' onion, 1/2 of a hamburger with a couple of french fries. We split a dessert called Chocolate tower.....talk about good! I've got in probably around 60 oz of water so far.....oh and I had probably 4 oz of apple juice too. I still ate alot of sweets, but I did make some improvement. Did your house get any damage from the storm? Amy

My son just loves those "chocolate Tower," things! ha Out back is bad for ME!~ Too, many good things! ha We are fine, but some good friends lost everything! All you can see of thweir house, is rubble, and bits of the pink insulation! From the way everything looks, today, it's truly some kind of miracle no one was killed! ALL of the weather seems out of control, it's really scary!~
