Tornadoes, anyone??????What's cookin?
I heard about your terrible weather, Sharon, and the pile-up. My husband is a OTR trucker and he is often on that road, thank goodness he missed it. Be safe!

Peanut butter/choc protein shake
Hot Cocoa
Breakfast was Crystal Light and low sugar oatmeal
Lunch was chicken noodle soup, egg salad and a few wheatable crackers
Dinner was grilled fillet of sole & string beans
No sugar added jello chocolate pudding for dessert.
No tornadoes here - It was a very quiet day in New York! Have a great night everyone!

I WAS PLANNING FISH TACO, BUT I HAD TO DITCH THE TORTILLA
3-4 oz. blackened talapia - 4 points
1 tsp. olive oil - 1 point
shredded cabbage/carrot mix - zero
diced onion - zero
light mayo for chipotle sauce - 1 point
1/2 cup black beans - 1 point
5 oz. glass of Chardonnay - 3 points
I will have a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich later - 2 points
Total of 25 points!
OK...this is something that I have been bad about...
I commit to being not only a "better girl" about eating but also about posting and being accountable...
