Tornadoes, anyone??????What's cookin?
We've had an interesting afternoon!~ had 4 tornadoes, about 5 miles from us, off, and on, all afternoon!~ 60 degrees, in January!~ Tell me, this weather, isn't screwed up!~Well.....more on the way!
B: green tea, V-8, WC oatmeal, w/1% milk, 1 slice toast
L: turkey burger, w/ cheese, cottage cheese, w/chives
d: Ground chuck, and brown rice casserole, SF applesauce
S:????

BFast Weight Control Oatmeal
Lunch Turkey (sliced)....had been on a nice crescent w/ brie but I knew that wasn't going to work so I just ate the turkey slivers and that was tough to swallow!
dinner....can't really entertain anything right now 'cause I've had a rough couple of days....but not to worry - I'll be back on the band wagon again shortly.
Did drink a lot of water today, too!

Good luck with the WW, hon. I'm waiting to hear how Nancy, is doing, too. Hey, news flash, we're HUMAN!~ ha Remember that word, I used to preach, PATIENCE!~ That's what it's all about! I snuck in 3 Christmas cookies, last night, because I was so upset about the weather, and how close we came to disaster! None of us are any different, believe me! NOT in that way!
The weather here can't make up its mind. Just a few days ago it was in the teens. Today it was 70. No wonder I have a sinus infection!
I did not start my day off with sugar, but I still didn't do very good at all.
B- ham and cheese egg omlete (frozen jimmy dean)
S- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream w/ 100 calorie brownie
S-Chocolate chip granola bar
L- lean cuisine seasame chicken dinner. I ate the chicken and just a few bites of pasta
S- small strawberry milkshake from burger king....I'm going to make sure to eat more at lunch tomorrow to avoid getting hungry while I'm near fastfood places
D- 3 pieces of something I made called Chicken bacon ring. It's like eating 3 crescent rolls stuffed with chicken and veggies.
I've had about 10 oz of apple juice (I've craved juice the entire pregnancy!).
I've had around 80 oz of water at least....so once again at least I'm doing good there!
I honestly don't see how I've not gained more than 15 pounds so far!
Tomorrow is a fresh start!

Well I came home and cooked up a storm.
For dinner we had Wakakki pork, delish, tender porked cooked with pineapples, onions and peppers in a light tangy sauce.
Then I made a pan of Tamalie pie for another day and a pan of veggie lasagna for still another day. Will just have to warm up for lunches and dinner.
