TOO MUCH H2O ISN'T A GOOD THING!

I hate drinking water. There I said it! I cant stand it. I love drinking, coffee, tea, diet pop, you name it ...hate water. But my skin loves it! So I try...and I have more energy when I drink my water faithfully. I never even get close to 80 oz. Good to see you Julie!

I always heard the general rule of thumb regarding liquids i.e. water was to strive for 1/2 your body weight...so if you weigh 200 pounds...100 oz. of water. I have always drank about a gallon a day so I'm used to it and feel weird if I don't. Tonya
