Tomorrow I go to see the specialist (remember the auto-immune, lupus stuff early last year?), and I am hoping that I can finally stop taking that expensive malaria medicine. Well I am still having chest pains, so I will ask him if he can tell if it is due to the same arthritis I was diagnosed with many years ago. If yes, then I will go from there. If no, I will go see my internal specialist. Time to stop self-diagnosing...
chelle,
I have had that 3 or 4 times. The first time I thought I was really sick, but i went to the allergist and after an exam he told me that I had "costochondritis" he said the
it is like a cold in your chest with inflamation so when you breath it hurts more. He also said the best thing for it was anti-inflamatory and a heating pad, and In two days I'm fine. So now when I get it, I do just that, and it is gone. But please have it checked out, It could be different this time. Feel Better!!!!!

Chelle, my brother was diagnosed with that, something like the scan showed the bone density decreased. He thought he was having a heart attack. I have been feeling old and achy lately and made an appt yesterday. I hope you feel better soon.
Want to add.. watch this very carefully do not overdo your exercises and quit before you tire out or get a pain in your chest....!Yes sometimes they will tell you one thing to appease you and think you finally know what the problem is and later you find out it is something else like a possible heart problem ((((HUG)))..
