I am still fighting the sweet cravings myself. I didn't have too many but once I start; I don't want to stop. It is just better not to even start eating them in the first place.
B = 2 mini canadian baon and lf cheese frittats (4 oz of food total)
L = Oven Roasted Cornish hen and apple and pecan coleslaw
D = Leftovers from lunch, because it was soooo good!
S = 1 C of coffee during Sunday School
