Hey! Sharon! I am still fighting the sweet cravings myself. I didn't have too many but once I start; I don't want to stop. It is just better not to even start eating them in the first place. B = 2 mini canadian baon and lf cheese frittats (4 oz of food total) L = Oven Roasted Cornish hen and apple and pecan coleslaw D = Leftovers from lunch, because it was soooo good! S = 1 C of coffee during Sunday School

Well, I think the sweet cravings, are like my carb craving, and neither EVER go away totally!~ We have cornish hens, often! I eat maybe 1/3 of one, and DH cleans up his, and the rest of mine! ha Yum!~

I agree, Sharon. The cravings never leave totally. It is just easier to get a handle on through the use of our tools!
