Now that the holidays are gone, are we all on a new regime?! What's for dinner?!

I'm still trying to cut the carbs, and I'm getting there, I just hate making mashed pot. for Michael, and not have any! ha i should be used to that stuff, after all of this time! B: Of course, green tea, V-8, 1 poached egg, on WW, whole wheat English muffin, 2 pieces turkey bacon L: smoked turkey 1/2 sandwich on HF whole wheat bread, w/1 slice baby swiss, and a tad of mayo. 3 grape tomatoes D: baked boneless, skinless, chicken thigh, cottage cheese, w/a little garlic powder, a small salad, iceberg lettuce, diced onion, fresh mush., grape tomatoes, and my treat, bacos, w/free Ranch dressing! S: more of those yummy grapes 100oz water!~ Have a wonderful night!

Well tomorrow I go back to work on a regular basis, which will help me get back on track. The areas I want to improve on are: Drinking more water - minimum of 64 oz - go for 100 oz. Plan my meals. Bike regularly. I love that the band let's us start over anytime!!!

For dinner I had: Alaskan Salmon Patty with lemon caper sauce and spinach. It was delish. Got all my water in today = 64 oz, wow 100 oz that's a lot! Maybe some day I'll get there. Mary

I wish I could eat that much! I will have to go for an unfill but the good side of it is that I have lost 20 pounds in no time at all! I also have to up my water!! Huguette

Wow, that terrific, hon!~ I could never lose weight, when I was too, tight! I bet you ALL will up the water! It is so vital to me, I'm bet you'll notice a difference!

Hi Sharon! Welll...since we're starting WW tomorrow, we decided to BBQ baby back ribs. I couldn't bear to throw out the potato pancakes, so we'll have those, and some blue cheese coleslaw. I'm totally psyched about tomorrow! I made my zero points soup, so we can eat on that during the week. I have all my food ready to go!
