Easy yummy breakfast
I made this for breakfast this morning and it was very good.
Cottage Cheese Blintz
1 lg egg or egg beaters
1/2 c cottage cheese
dried onion flakes
pinch of Italian seasoning. I use those Mc Cormick grater ones
1tsp low fat bisquick
1 slice of cheese, your choice.
spray an 8 inch paper plate with pam
mix all of the ingredients except the cheese together, mash as you mix.
pour it onto the plate
microwave on 50% power for 3 mins.
loosen around the edges and put a peice of cheese along the middle of the circle.
Let cool for about 1 min.
It is about 250 calories and about 25 gms of protien.
flip one half over to cover the cheese
microwave for another minute
