B: Starbucks peppermint hot chocolate with nf milk and no whip
L: A sample piece of cheese pizza at Sams Club
D: One piece garlic chicken breast and melba toast
S: Dark chocolate covered caramel
Starting my water late, but will try to get 64 oz in - and try for 100 starting Monday when I wake up earlier again.
Bought some beautiful apples and oranges today and if I have room will eat some fruit tonight.
I have a miserable cold today so I haven't had as much as usual which is a GOOD thing! LOL
B-All Bran crackers w/ 2 tbl. Hummus
L-Tomatoes, cukes, and Feta Cheese with an Asian style salad dressing NF.
D-1 c. homemade chicken soup/ slice of bread with a smear of pb on it. (Down on Protein)

No where near my recommended amound of water. Been having a lot of hot tea and coffee though. Makes my throad feel good.
Hi Sharon ~ it has started to warm up here too. I was able to take Roxy out for two walks today!
