Holy smokes! How do you do it????? I just got mine last night and put it together 1 hr 20 mins later I was finished and beat so I went to bed. Well I climb on today thinking I will start with 30 mins and go from there. WELL about 18 mins in my butt hurts my thighs hurt and my calfs are starting to burn and I am hotter then hell LOL So I pushed to 20 mins so I have burned atleast 100 Cals! How do you do it? How did you build up your time? Should I try riding again tonight? And then tomorrow try to go further?

Wish I could help you, honey, I haven't tried anything like that, in years! With hip replacements, and knee replacements, it makes me hurt to think of it! ha I take my hat off to you for doing it!

Start with 10 - 15 minutes and add 5 minutes per week (as long as you ride at least 4 times per week, otherwise you will get sore). It won't take long to build up, as long as you stick with it.

Thanks Chelle! I got your message off the main board and trust me I wanted to stop after 2 mins but burned through it LOL I got my book and kept going. I will stick with 20 for a bit and add a little as I can and soon I will be as good as you\ Thanks again Barbara H

I have a recumbent exercise bike. It is a much better workout than the regular exercise bikes. Just try not to overdue it. When I started I got myself so sore I couldn't move the next day...
