Calling all recumbent bike riders (posted on main board also)
Holy smokes! How do you do it????? I just got mine last night and put it together 1 hr 20 mins later I was finished and beat so I went to bed. Well I climb on today thinking I will start with 30 mins and go from there.
WELL about 18 mins in my butt hurts my thighs hurt and my calfs are starting to burn and I am hotter then hell LOL So I pushed to 20 mins so I have burned atleast 100 Cals!
How do you do it? How did you build up your time? Should I try riding again tonight? And then tomorrow try to go further?
