I moved home in September and have stopped losing weight

Hi Cathleen, Last year was the first year I ever made a new year's resolution about weight. I wrote down an exercise goal and a weight loss goal for every month and I kept it in my underwear drawer so I would have to look at it! It really kept me honest. I think I read that if you write down your resolutions you are 50% more likely to succeed. I am a single mom too and work full time and I think I am busy - you have school too so your time has to be tight! Until I had this surgery I NEVER made time for myself but I have become a lot better at being good to me. Hope you can do the same. good luck!

Thanks it is a very useful tip. I wil write down my exercise goals right now and post them on my bedroom mirror. I could also use a daily reminder. I know I can do this.

Hi! Cath I hear what you are saying. I have not been on the board since early dec. Been busy with our new dog, the holidays and such. I also use to go to "support" three thurs a month. But I have not been there since sept. I have not gained, but I'm not looseing either. I know I need the support to stay on track, and I need to walk, and to get tha****er in, but with the cold weather even the water has fallen on the way side, so I need to get busy for the new year also. Now that you are all adjusted with the move, you will get into a new routine that works. Good luck in 2008, hears to weight loss. Take care bridge
