I moved home in September and have stopped losing weight
These two things are definatly related. I was doing very well. I moved home in September (weighing 235 ) with my son and went back to school full time ( I also work full time) I slowly stopped finding room in my schedule for activities like the gym and meal planning. I have not gained a pound but have lost six pounds since moving home in September. I know me. I do not need a fill (honest) I get full and stay full with correct choices and portions, but I have slid into a pattern of grazing and irregular eating schedules. I stopped coming here for many reasons not all of them having to do with some of the awful hurtful posts the board started getting swamped with, many of them had to do with me not making time for weight loss. I may be a rarity in the world of the overweight as I have never before made a New Years resolution aroung weight loss before lol. (honest) This year regaining my footing on the weight loss track is my main priority. I am reaching out to you ladies and gentleman who I know can relate to me in this way. I put my self and my weight loss aside and am suffering for it. It will be difficult with school and work and being a single mom but it is not impossible. I plan to start coming here agin as well. I miss all of the support I counted on so much here. I don't want to stay overweight, and I don't want to lose control or my band. I know I can get back where I was. Thank you all for being here.

Hi Cathleen,
You're so right....we all get forced into old habits because of work and spending time concentrating on everyone but ourselves. I didn't spend as much time on the board in the last few months and I definitely paid the price on the scale, but I'm not worried about it. As far as the mean and hateful posts, I guess I've been lucky 'cause I either missed mosst of them or just didn't pay attention to them. It's great having this new site where everyone seems to keep it real. Good luck getting back on track! We'll all do it together! Good Luck.

Cathleen!
Good to see you! Although your home life cir****tances have changed, you can do this. You are determined and have the correct mindset. Welcome to the Island! I look forward to seeing more of you.
Although time is of the essence when you are Super Mom, you will find time between everything to make time for yourself. In fact, it is an important priority to do so. I applaud you for not gaining during all of the hustle and bustle of everyday life, especially as a single mom.
