So I'm guessing people had 'recovery time' yesterday????????????????????????????????
For me:
30 minutes on my dinosaur exercise bike
3km fast walk
1 1/2 hours of ironing
(considering scrubbing the kitchen floor later on)

I'm going to do 1/2 hour on my exercise bike and then go out to do errands early this morning. It's 5am in New York.
I'll be going to the bank, UPS to drop off a package, the library to return a load of books and take out another load, and finally grocery shopping. I'll park far from the entrances so that I will walk more. Then I'll come home to put away the groceries and do 3 or 4 loads of laundry. That should poop me out...

I took my dog for a 30 minute walk this morning and then did 60 minutes on the treamill - 5 minute warm up - 45 minute run - 10 minute cool down. Now I am getting ready to clean my house, go out to the market and then before it gets dark I will walk Roxy again for another 30 minutes. Hope things are going well for you!
