For me: 30 minutes on my dinosaur exercise bike 3km fast walk 1 1/2 hours of ironing (considering scrubbing the kitchen floor later on) Sharyn

I'm going to do 1/2 hour on my exercise bike and then go out to do errands early this morning. It's 5am in New York. I'll be going to the bank, UPS to drop off a package, the library to return a load of books and take out another load, and finally grocery shopping. I'll park far from the entrances so that I will walk more. Then I'll come home to put away the groceries and do 3 or 4 loads of laundry. That should poop me out...

I did my usual, early, then, went to Target, and then to the grocery store, which is huge, and they are reorganizing it, so, had to look for EVERYTHING, and walked the store, several time! ha Don't need my cane, when I push a cart!

Ever think of wearing a pedometer? I bet you would clock it up a lot more than you think! Sharyn

Good Day to you, Sharyn! I am shaking things up a bit, so my body gets confused! I walked 2.5 miles in 35 minues and burned 375 calories. I then strength trained my lower body and stretched for 30 minutes. I am also running errands in a bit; I chase a four-year-old daily.

Hi Sharyn, I took my dog for a 30 minute walk this morning and then did 60 minutes on the treamill - 5 minute warm up - 45 minute run - 10 minute cool down. Now I am getting ready to clean my house, go out to the market and then before it gets dark I will walk Roxy again for another 30 minutes. Hope things are going well for you!
