My mom is getting banded

Although I was young I wasn't very mobile. I know they're doing surgeries on many age groups quite successfully. You must be proud -- you've inspired your mom to do something about her health. I think she'll do just fine (providing that the pre-op testing showed no problems). I wish her the best (and you, too, since you'll be handling the aftermath -- but at least you'll know what to expect)! Lori
