We all know how good for us, fish is, and these are super easy, and healthy!~Use any kind of soft, whitfish, like catfish fillets, tailapia, and so forth. Spray skillet, or use a tad of EVOO, sprinkle fillets with garlic powder, put seasoned side in hot pan, then, sprinkle with low sodium soy sauce on upside, and brown, then flip, and put soy side down in pan. Lid, and steam for about, 10 minutes, on med. heat. Delish!~ Spray cookie sheet, or spray foil, and line sheet, sprinkle fish with garlic powder, place seasoned side down. Shake LF Italian dressing well, and sprinkle on top of fish. bake at 400, for approx., 15 min. You'll know when they look done. Really tasty!~

Sounds good Sharon. I have fish at least twice a week. I love it! I find it to be so Bandster friendly. You asked me about broccoli... I am the only one who likes it this way. I steam broccoli, then let it cool a bit, toss with a little olive oil, salt, papper and rice wine vinegar. I then like to eat it room temp or even cold. You can get a couple of pieces out whenever you like! My husband HATES this, and can't even stand the smell of vinegar. So I have to keep it to myself.

Thanks for sharing Sharon - I am not a fish person but I really want to be! Kind of crazy because my father is a commercial fisherman and so are both of my brothers! I will try fish sometime this week - doesn't give me a lot of time because tomorrow is already Thursday!

My husband used to catch fresh Flounder for me all the time when we were in Louisiana. Now that we're in TN I buy it frozen (and Tilapia, and Catfish). I put a little EVOO in a skillet, spinkle the fillet with Tony Chacheres (cajun seasoning) and put them into a med high skillet. About 3 minutes on each side (depending on thickness of the fillet) and plate it with some mashed garlicy cauliflower - SO good! LauraSlidell (now North of Nashville)
