Sounds good Sharon. I have fish at least twice a week. I love it! I find it to be so Bandster friendly.
You asked me about broccoli...
I am the only one who likes it this way. I steam broccoli, then let it cool a bit, toss with a little olive oil, salt, papper and rice wine vinegar. I then like to eat it room temp or even cold. You can get a couple of pieces out whenever you like!
My husband HATES this, and can't even stand the smell of vinegar. So I have to keep it to myself.
My husband used to catch fresh Flounder for me all the time when we were in Louisiana. Now that we're in TN I buy it frozen (and Tilapia, and Catfish).
I put a little EVOO in a skillet, spinkle the fillet with Tony Chacheres (cajun seasoning) and put them into a med high skillet. About 3 minutes on each side (depending on thickness of the fillet) and plate it with some mashed garlicy cauliflower - SO good!
