That's a good time for the 5km Cyndy I figure for Christmas decorations: Star 150 (Medium size tree) Tinsel 234 ( not tangled, x 3 if it is) Hanging tree decorations: 75 per 20 minutes Chasing the cat away: 3000 Lugging all the stuff away til next December: 5000 Sharyn

I am deep cleaning today, just came on for a little break while feeding the baby. I know I am burning some calories since I am usually sitting around freezing and today I am sweating..yay!! I should clean like this everyday...wouldn't hubby love that I plan to go back to Jazzercise tomorrow..I can't wait!!!

Ohhhhhhhhhh deep cleaning Hard work. That always works up a sweat. I get that sort of workout once a year. My face gets it three times a year Funny you saying about Jazzercise. I have a really old video tape called Jazzercise with Joanne I'll have to dig it out until I decide what to do about the gym. Sharyn

Well, dang! I wanted to go do my water aerobics today but, like Monday, they didn't have the right chlorine balance. Since I go use the pool for a physical therapy department I didn't really feel right getting in with water that was murky. I'm bummed! And I was really looking forward to getting in today. I'm thinking of going to the mall later... At least then I'll either walk or push myself in my wheelchair... Sharyn, you are an inspiration! Lori

No walking the dog today because it is about twenty degrees outside but I did a 5 minute warm up, 30 minute run, 5 minute cool down and a lot of stretching. For self care, I actually made a good dinner and I am going to take a bubble bath in a bit.
